Deviation

Well, lookie here... an original story?  From Andi?  No way... ^_-

It all started with a character I needed to create for a roleplay... I threw together some stuff, and lo and behold, I had a new persona to play around with.  For some ungodly reason (I honestly can't remember why), I decided that he should have a partner, and so "Definition" came into being.  Then I thought of some trouble for them to get into, and came up with four more stories (two of which are currently little more than messy outlines, but the ideas are certainly there).

This world is something like the Marvel Universe; most people are perfectly normal, but there are plenty of "others" lurking around in their own little annex to the world.  If you ran into Devin on the street, you might think him to be a college student or someone who works in a small bookstore or boutique.  He does not wear a fancy, bizarre Dr. Strange outfit, and in fact would probably laugh if he saw someone who did. ^_-

Ahh, I'll save my blather for anyone who actually asks for it. ;P  On to the story.

"Definition" - Devin gains a friend... or a pest.  Take your pick.

"Deception", Part 1, Part 2 -  Warning: non-explicit, non-graphic but still fairly obvious sexual situations.  If you can't handle it, don't complain. ;)  Devin is confronted by an enemy from the past, who's out for blood...

"Deprivation" - He's supposed to be on vacation, but work follows Devin everywhere, even to a remote village in Scotland, where a strange new nocturnal menace is threatening the townspeople...(complete)

"Sentry" - Even the most prickly mage needs a shoulder to lean on, sometimes.

"Scry" - Allistair is in for an education he wasn't bargaining for.

"Neighbor" - Devin meets his upstairs neighbor.

"Desperation", "Destination" - coming along in their own sweet time, dammit. ;D
